Abstract : In this research, attention was paid to studying the protective role of flaxseed oil against the effect of lead in rats by measuring changes in the activity of enzymes in the blood in addition to levels of antioxidants, as well as studying histological changes in the liver, kidneys and testes using light microscopy. The research lasted four weeks, and 40 male rats weighing 120-150 grams were divided into four groups of 10 rats in each group, namely: the control group, which was fed regular meals with drinking water, the lead acetate group, and dosed at a dose of 60 ml.
