Abstract : Judiciary's Rulings in Hanbali School (Means of Proof, discrepancy and Preference among Evidences) Researcher: MeshalAwaad AlSulami]Supervisor: Prof. Hussein Mohammed Safar Problem of the Study: Deriving Judiciary's Rulings relevant to means of proof, discrepancy and preference among evidences, and singling it out as Hanbali School didn't make. Plan of the study: It consists of three sections, the first is about the rules of proofing, the second is about the agreed means of proof and the third is about the disagreed means of proof. Aims of the Study: It aims to highlight the Judiciary's Rulings relevant to means of proof, discrepancy and preference among evidences and showing them to judges, researchers and lawyers to benefit of it in the judiciary work. Methodology of the Study: The researcher used the inductive method for Judiciary's Rulings, which have been analyzed along with showing the Hanbali doctrine and discussing narrations and sayings in the doctrine. Results: The importance of studying the Judiciary's Rulings and searching it especially for those relevant to means of proof, discrepancy and preference among evidences. It has been proven to me that the Saudi regulator matches with many of those rulings. Recommendations: Caring with studying the Judiciary's Rulings in the remaining juristic schools, and then formulating and codifying these rulings. Caring with judge's training and especially in Judiciary'sRulings. Conducting a study for comparing Judiciary's Rulings with other laws.
